Nagaoka University of Technology (NUT) and SUZU GROUP are pleased to announce a collaborative exhibition at the "22nd Castle Town Shibata National Zoni Gassen" to be held in Shibata City.

On the day of the event, a special zoni (Japanese rice cake soup) created by SUZU using mushrooms jointly developed by NUT, National College of Technology (KOSEN) Kagoshima College, and Shibata City will be served. The special menu item, "Fermented Beef Zoni with NUT-developed mushrooms and Lotus Root Dumplings" will be available for visitors to enjoy. NUT looks forward to welcoming everyone to the venue.
