On Monday, March 30, 2026, Nagaoka University of Technology (NUT) announced the selected projects for the second call for proposals under the "Research Unit Enhancement Support Program," implemented as part of the NUT J-PEAKS project.

This program aims to further develop NUT’s core research strengths and establish international research hubs. Following a rigorous selection process, five new research units have been chosen for funding.

With these newly selected units at the forefront, NUT will continue to strongly promote the integration of interdisciplinary research, the nurturing of young researchers, and initiatives focused on solving global social issues.
