長岡技術科学大学は、独立行政法人国際協力機構（JICA）の協力の下、高専生がアフリカの社会課題解決に挑むプログラム「KOSEN Open Innovation – Challenges from Africa (KOI) 2026」を実施いたします。これに伴い、全国の高専生に向けて参加チームの公募を開始しました。

The goal of this initiative is to provide KOSEN students with firsthand experience of global social challenges, deepening their understanding of international society. This highly ambitious project brings together the flexible ideas and advanced technical skills unique to KOSEN students to seek innovative solutions for the various issues facing Africa.

Through this program, we aim to nurture the global aspirations of young engineers and promote a new model for problem-solving through international industry-academia-government collaboration.

We look forward to receiving enthusiastic applications from students who are ready to test their potential on the global stage.
