Nagaoka University of Technology and SUZU GROUP are pleased to announce that we will be collaborating and exhibiting at the "22nd Castle Town Shibata National Zoni Gassen" to be held in Shibata City.

On the day of the event, a special zoni "zoni" by SUZU using mushrooms that have been jointly developed by Nagaoka University of Technology, Kagoshima National College of Technology, and the city of Shibata, among others, will be served.Fermented Beef Zoni with Big Technique and Lotus Root DumplingsWe will be offering a "one-stop-shop" service.
