On Wednesday, April 15, 2026, Nagaoka University of Technology (NUT) held the first J-PEAKS General Headquarters Meeting for the 2026 fiscal year in a hybrid format.

The heads of each strategic division and NUT J-PEAKS staff gathered to ensure a smooth start for FY2026. The participants engaged in a lively discussion regarding specific initiatives and schedules for each division, including research unit development support projects. They shared the challenges and goals of their respective areas and discussed concrete action plans to further strengthen cross-organizational collaboration throughout the university.

The General Headquarters will continue to spearhead the J-PEAKS project, working in close coordination with all academic and administrative units to strongly promote the development of young human resources, international research excellence, and the social implementation of research results.
