On Thursday, January 8, 2026, we welcomed Mr. Hiromi Yano, former WTO Counselor, for a special face-to-face lecture.

The lecture included statistical comparisons between Switzerland (Geneva), where he still lives, and Japan, as well as human thought brought about by the environment, and other topics of great interest to students who aim to play an active role in international society in the future.

After the lecture, many questions were asked, each of which was answered in detail, and the event was very lively, exceeding the scheduled closing time by a long shot.

Through this program, we will continue to promote initiatives for the development of young human resources and international collaboration.
